Hello basketball fans!
Since being an English teacher and a basketball coach I think the chosen topic should hit the spot. We should discuss the game of basketball in English language.
It's over. The curtain has fallen over the European Basketball Championship. Slovenia hasn't achieved its goal-the medal. Our players haven't won the medal but they have won our hearts. They fought bravely till the end despite many injuries and they literally bled (Brezec) for the national team. The 4th place is something we all should be proud of. So close but still so far away but that's life. It's just another step toward the top and we believe this step will be made in the next few years if the team stays together.
Do you think healthy & fit Beno Udrih, Saša Vujačič, Goran Dragič and Matjaž Smodiš would be enough to reach the finals?

Yes I think that Beno,Sašo,Goran and Matjaž would be enough to reach the finals.But Spanish were awesome. Pau Gasol was great.

My favourite player is..of course number 15 Erazem Lorbek.I think that this "Professor" is nothing speacial. He just play offense very well. No I don't want him on team beacause he paly to much "solo" Yes, player like PROFESSOR could help use to win the gold if he would be better in defense. Sebastijan Pluščec

My favourite Slovenian player was Erazem Lorbek but, my favourite foreign player was Juan Carlos Navarro. About Turkey... well, I hope that we will climb as high as possible. The "PROFESSOR" has nothing but some moves. He would suck if he would play with all those players around the world. I startes to like it at Peter Vilfan basketball camp. My favourite player is Erazem Lorbek. He is very good. I like Jaka too. Professor is very good! I think he would be great player and rereinforcement at our team. I think he would help at gold, but we are good enough! I don't know what to whrite so... I'm going to stop.
